MultiNav Pro+ BLE Module

The tested maximum ranges between 2 BLE Modules using RFOXiA Connect APP in Chat Mode are: 5KM Man to Man (in open area like a highway) 20KM Man to Drone (one BLE Module one a drone eliminates the ground reflection noises) 50KM Drone to Drone (The optimum low noise case).

The maximum data rate is 2Mbps while it gets reduced in long range by the controller dynamically.

Unlike most products in the market which adds more transmitting power to increase the range, the design concept here focus on detecting the weakest possible signal, so instead of shouting louder, learn how to hear better. There are main parts helped us achieve that: 1- We selected one of the best BLE chips with optimum receiver sensitivity at -104dBm, most modules in the markets are between -80dBm to -90dBm, this logarithmic difference is huge, 3dB gain means doubling the power so if you can hear 3dB weaker signal means you can approximately sense the signal at half of its power, MultiNav Pro+ BLE Module can sense signals weaker by -14dB to -24dB from most products in the market, that's really huge. 2- We used RF front-end that adds 12dB of low noise gain to the received signal which accumulate to the receiver sensitivity. 3- Also the Front-End has configurable amplifier for the TX signal that can reach up to 20dBm (ideally 23dBm), which is controlled by the Chip sequencer, that means this amplifier draws power only while a packet is being sent to make sure no single milli-watt is wasted. 4- Plus the Antenna Gain, we used the best available omnidirectional antenna with gain more than 4dBi 5- Finally thanks to the optimum RF design itself ensure impedance matching along the entire RF path, shielding, ground isolation....etc the design is 4 layers btw. so 2 Modules communicating together can achieve impressive range
