So I'm building a tracking system for a pretty large outdoor site - think several square kilometers of open terrain - and I'm trying to figure out if it makes sense to use a single BLE module at each end or set up an intermediate relay node somewhere in the middle. The 50KM spec is obviously way more than I need for the total distance, but there are some elevation changes and a few structures that could cause dead zones depending on where the tracked units end up.
