The short answer is the MultiNav Pro+ is designed to be a complete RF front-end solution, not a bare chipset you need to match yourself. The external amplifiers and receiver sensitivity optimizations are already integrated and tuned on the module, so you're not staring down a matching network design problem on your end. You connect your antenna and you're in business.
That said, the 50km figure is drone-to-drone — both units airborne, ground reflections eliminated. If you're doing ground-to-ground telemetry you're looking at the 5km spec, and for a mixed ground-to-platform setup you're in the 15-20km range. The RF front-end itself isn't the variable there, it's just physics and line of sight doing what they do.
Where I'd focus your attention is antenna selection and placement — that's where most people leave range on the table in practice. A clean omnidirectional antenna with no nearby metal interference will get you much closer to the rated performance than any matching work would. What's the platform you're mounting on?
